We met Matt randomly using an app to view an open house and we knew we wanted matt to help us the rest of the way. He came in and didn’t try to just sell us a house saying everything is perfect for us and it looks like a house he could see us in. Instead he came in with us and immediately started pointing out flaws everywhere in the house that would have to be fixed and with a pretty good estimate on what it would cost and really put into perspective what’s needed in the house and the costs after closing that would go in, and really helped us see what real value the house was, not just being a business man and feeding us positive reinforcement so he can make a sale. With it being our first home we were kind of picky on what we wanted and we’re looking for but also didn’t know what we were looking for and Matt was patient the entire time and helped us the entire way, whether it was us wasting his time checking out houses non stop to working around our busy schedule, to answering our random non stop questions over text and calling us whenever we were over thinking about really anything in this process and put it in the simplest terms so we knew what we were getting into. He’s a fantastic agent to help you through any and all aspects of buying a house and by the end of it feels like a good friend, so thank you for helping us through the process!
