About Michael DiCarlo

Michael is a new Realtor at Regency Real Estate, he has lived in Connecticut all of his life and in Naugatuck for the past 60 years. He is an Alumni of Naugatuck Valley Community College and holds Associates Degree in both Marketing and Agriculture.

Michael is an Investment Property Specialist and is very experienced in the sale and rental of income producing properties and has been in the business for 40 years. In this time he has worked with many investors who have bought properties in need of substantial rehab work and has also worked with various builders in new construction. His Father John DiCarlo had worked all over the Northeast in the rehabilitation of many fine commercial buildings which Michael had been a part of growing up working in the family business.

He has a strong passion and interest in helping his clients acquire, rent and sell good solid performing investment properties along with finding good quality tenants for their properties and looks forward to continuing to serve the community in this capacity.
