I am excited to help ease your transition into the real estate process. You may be stressed, confused, and do not know where to start. That is why you are viewing my profile now! You want to work with someone you're comfortable with, so let me introduce myself.
I grew up in Connecticut my entire life in the small town of Prospect. My family has grown up in the Waterbury area for a few generations. I have built long-lasting relationships and created amazing memories with the people in the New Haven County. I have serviced this area since I was a teenager; whether it was bagging your groceries in Prospect & Cheshire or landscaping your yard in Southbury, Watertown, Waterbury, and many more.
I am a UConn Alumni - Class of 2013, where I studied Psychology and Human Development Family Studies. This was followed by years of Human Resources positions in retail and human services or managing my own small business accounts with Aflac insurance benefits.
I have taken the professional customer service experience gained and transitioned to the Real Estate industry. Buyers and sellers want to work with someone they trust and feel comfortable with. The process can be a scary one and I hope you come to me for help. My personality, respect and general care for others will be the reason you make this transaction a lot less stressful. We used Nick when buying our first house, which is a huge undertaking! He walked us through all of the preliminary steps, went over all the information (even when we asked the same question 50 times) and gave us excellent referrals for insurance, mortgage lenders, etc. We ran into some bumps in the road near the end of the process but Nick worked extremely hard to make sure we got to the finish line. I am very glad that we were able to interact with this company. Our interaction for buying our home became very fruitful only because of Nicholas Greene who is part of the Miale team. Nicholas has been very responsive since the beginning. We had our limitations on the home search, and he was quick to understand our requirements. We want to appreciate his patience as he paid attention to all the little things we wanted to understand.
