This was our fifth house we bought. David was by far the best realtor we have ever had. We told exactly what we wanted and he found it! He was never pushy and when we he showed us houses he would say this is not the right house for you. He is extremely nice, respectful, and on top of his game. My wife and I would use him over and over again but we are not moving from our dream house. I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. I highly recommend him!!!

Dave did a wonderful job helping my husband, and I purchase a new home. Dave is the ultimate professional. His knowledge of the details of home ownership is incredible. From propane monitors to footings, he knows what to look for and what to look out for.Mostly he looked out for our best interests. He explained the relative value of the property and cautioned us about certain downsides to buying it. He also gave us a plan to make an offer we were likely to be successful with. My experience with Regency Real Estate was very disappointing. My home was never marketed on their website or social platforms as promised, communication was poor with long delays in responses, and updated photos were delayed and later canceled. Instead of fixing these issues, my agent chose to step away from the listing. I would not recommend this company for selling a home.I put a lot of money and effort into improving my home — fresh paint, updates, and preparing it for buyers — but Regency Real Estate did not deliver. The property was never marketed on their website or social platforms, updated photos were delayed despite my requests, and communication from my agent was extremely poor. After all my work, the agent simply walked away instead of helping me get the sale I deserved. Very unprofessional experience.
