I highly recommend David Aurigemma and his team at Regency Real Estate. He was direct, to the point and followed through on everything he said he would. He kept me informed during every step of the selling process and went above and beyond his role by providing names of workers to undertake (and complete in a timely manner) projects that needed to get done before the house could be sold. He was personable, professional and sold my house for the amount that he said he would, which was significantly more than other agents said I could get for it. I would definitely use his agency again.

Dave from Regency Real Estate was really great! He took a leap with us in terms of what we wanted for the sale of our apartment. What can’t David and his team at Regency Real Estate not do! When it almost became impossible to sell my house, he managed to get my house sold and for way above asking price. When I initially contacted David, he pulled up to my house with pizza. He did a walk through with a few suggestions on some minor repairs for showing. He hired a great camera man for the pictures and he went to work posting my listing on virtually every place possible. His attorney team is also amazing. What’s even greater about his team is that they are licensed in multiple states and can therefore place your house for show in more locations. We even had an open house. David gave me his personal number and was always responsive even when things were hard to face. I’m beyond proud, amazed and grateful for having chosen Regency Real Estate and David. I would gladly do it again if I had to.
