About This Property

Pretty 1.83 +/- acres with well. There was a house on this property that was demolished and the foundation was removed during demolition in 2008 or so. The well is still there, it was behind the house. It has not been tested. Berkshire Engineering did perc and deep hole tests and determined that a new septic supporting 4 bedrooms could be put in the property with a pump up system. The septic plan has not been drawn. A zoning permit from P & Z and driveway permit from Public Works is also needed. Public Works recommends using the asphalt apron where the old driveway was. Deed says 208 x 408 more or less which is 1.94 ac. Property adjacent is surveyed but this property has not been surveyed.
