She consistently checked in with me, answered all of my questions, and guided me every step of the way when I had no idea what I was doing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place.

Carol was knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. During the time while my house was on the market Carol not only had 2 surgeries plus her daughter was hospitalized. All this going on in Carol's life and she was still only a phone call away, answering any questions that I had. Now that's an agent going above and beyond! Conducting business even while at the hospital! I would definitely recommend Carol to my family and friends and if the need arises would use her again. It was a pleasure working with her.
